Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

Back on the water yesterday with long-time guest and client Mark DeWildt and his family from Kenosha, WI.  We started out drifting a sharp weedline with floating jigs tipped with crawler halves, and the bite was pretty good until we lost our wind.  Then we switched over to trolling Walleyes Choice harnesses (http://www.walleyeschoice.com) for the last hour of the trip.  We ended up with 14 nice walleyes and a northern for our 5 hr. trip.  I-62, I-99, and I-76 stayed on our poles the entire time.  These have been very good for me lately.  Trolling over the weeds can be very frustrating and busy, with all the perch, rockbass, pike, sheepshead, and weeds to take off...but there are also walleyes in those weeds!!!  Rachel also released a beautiful 19 3/4 inch smallie.  Thanks Mark, Rachel, Drake and Tyler for a great afternoon on the water.
