Fresh Asparagus this time of year makes this one pop
1 box fettuccini
1 lb fresh asparagus
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 lb chicken breast
tony's,cayenne,garlic powder, black pepper
boil some water with a little salt add fettuccini and boil 8-10 min. add asparagus cut in 1 inch chunks and boil an additional 3-4 minutes..
cut chicken in bite size chunks and sautee in a little olive oil.. drain when not pink add the rest and bring to a boil until it thickens up...
add it to your fettuccine and sparegrass and mix well and let cool a few minutes and serve..... damn good eats..
Not sure slammer, they might be a little salty for this one.
