This is the best thing to do with those front sholders you are trying to grind into something useful... Put them in a large crock of water and put in a cup of kosher salt... also add a couple bay leaves an onion or two some garlic and season with whatever else ya like.. Boil for at least four hours and it falls apart and makes an excellent shreaded beef... Make an Arby's beef and cheddar or try it with sautee onion and pepper for a philly or just shread it up and add the ol Sweet Baby Ray and you will never grind a front again...
