Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

This is the best walleye sandwich I have ever made..

2 pcs. texas toast... ( butter both sides and brown)

Romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato slices

fry walleye

dip in egg wash then flour seasoned and instant mashed potatoe flakes...

fry in oil until golden brown...

Chipotle-  you can buy Bold and Creamy Chipolte sauce and mix miricle whip 3pts/ 1 pt.

or add the seasoning to mayonaze and mix thoroughly...   Put this smokey tasting light pepper spread on the top and you have a sandwich that is hard to beat...

You can put Provolone cheese on it and bacon but I will tell ya it don't need it....
