Little Bay de Noc Fishing Reports

My wife Theresa and I hit Fish Lake up highway 13 yesterday and had lots of fun! We were going to go to another lake, but what the forest service considers a boat launch, and what I consider a boat launch, are two different things!!! Anyway, I think on my 2nd or third cast I hooked into a respectable largemouth bass. I forgot how much those things fight. We then went after the bluegills and probably caught about 15 dinks for every keeper. The largest gills were only about 8", but that's big enough to eat in our book. We also caught smallmouth bass and crappie. All in all, a very nice lake with lots of fish. It's a very scenic lake and very quiet since it's illegal to even launch a jet ski and there are only a couple houses on the whole lake from we saw.
